项目位于孙中山故居与伶仃洋之间的广阔片区，处于中山市旅游发展的龙头位置。项目规划理念是与周边发展达成同步，打破农耕渔业的局限，突显片区的生态涵养价值、文化承载价值和旅游休闲价值，打造融合观光、休闲、娱乐、餐饮、购物等元素于一体的生态、文化旅游景点，与以孙中山故居为龙头的翠亨村旅游业形成互补，发展成中山市特色旅游片区。

【Project Background】
"Cultural Destination to Experience life of The People's Commune" The project location is between the Lingding Yang and Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence. Planning philosophy of the project was to synchronize with the surrounding development, and to highlight the ecological conservation, cultural value, tourism and leisure value, in order to create an integrated tourism destination, which offered leisure, entertainment, dining, shopping and other functions.
